Elverdan™ is owned and operated by Beijing Hengxin Longtai Technology Co., Ltd.. By accessing elverdan.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies applicable to your use or transaction. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.

To purchase independently, you must be at least 18 or have reached the legal age required to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live. Otherwise, use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If account functionality is available, provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Elverdan™ offers wooden learning activities, puzzles, writing tools, art supplies, and desk essentials. Colors can vary with photography, lighting, and screens; measurements may reasonably vary. Natural wood grain, finish, tone, or minor manufacturing details may differ and are not necessarily defects. Product listings may be corrected or updated when an error is identified.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt, not necessarily final acceptance. Payment verification, inventory, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment checks may apply. We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, obvious material errors, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. Before payment, checkout shows applicable product prices, shipping, taxes, discounts, and the final total. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method. See Payment & Security for more information.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the return requirements. Once an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, an eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the payment provider may take longer to post it. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. See Return & Refund Policy.

Inspect the order promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with the order number and relevant photographs or videos. After a confirmed issue attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution without costs caused by that error.

Submit changes or cancellations as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch starts. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Offers may be subject to expiration, eligibility, minimum purchase, exclusions, availability, usage limits, and other stated conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be redeemed for cash or combined. Apply discounts before checkout is complete.

Use products lawfully and follow product descriptions, care information, specifications, and safety instructions. Children’s learning products may include small components or materials with age-specific instructions. Adults should review the individual product information and provide supervision where indicated. Keep products unsuitable for a child’s age or abilities out of reach. No product is sold as a medical device or treatment.

Contact us before unusually large orders, wholesale purchases, or commercial resale so availability and terms can be confirmed. Buying for resale does not authorize anyone to represent themselves as an official Elverdan™ distributor, partner, or agent without prior written permission.

The Elverdan™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected where applicable. The website may be used for lawful personal shopping; content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission except where law permits. No rights in third-party property are transferred.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you are responsible for its accuracy, lawfulness, and respect for others’ rights. By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it for operating, promoting, and improving the store, subject to law and our Privacy Policy. We may decline or remove unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, infringing, sensitive, or unrelated content.

You may not commit fraud, provide unauthorized payment information, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access, unlawfully collect user information, infringe rights, or misrepresent your identity or relationship with Elverdan™. We may restrict access, cancel affected orders, or take reasonable action when prohibited conduct is identified.

Our store uses Shopify and may rely on payment, shipping, analytics, communication, and other providers. Third-party websites or services may have their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, disasters, carrier interruption, transportation restrictions, labor disruption, government action, customs delays, infrastructure failure, or widespread technical outages. We will make reasonable efforts to share available information and provide an appropriate solution.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, transactions, or product use. Nothing restricts rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These Terms and purchases are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights based on the transaction or customer location. Contact support first so the parties can try to resolve disputes in good faith. Legal rights and remedies remain available.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent law permits. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive future enforcement.

We may revise these Terms when services, business practices, technology, policies, or applicable requirements change. The current version will appear on elverdan.com with an updated date. Unless law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to it.
